At BrandToyz we realize, how much our clients want to enjoy their newly purchased product(s). Many of our Orders are processed within 48-Business Hours. However, "Many" doesn't mean that "All" orders are processed within 48-Hours. Some of the products that we carry are drop-shipped directly from the Manufacturer or the Distributor. Therefore, in some cases, it may take more than 48-Hours to process your Order. In addition to "Processing Time", there is also "Time in Transit", which depends on the shipping method that you have selected. Most of our Orders are shipped by the UPS. However, we do use other shipping carriers, such as FedEx, DHL, USPS and various Freight Companies. All items are insured while in transit. Please note that we don't accept 3rd Party Shipping Accounts.

Defective or Damaged items may be returned only for a replacement, within a 5-Days period from the arrival of the product. Items returned for a replacement must be in the original condition including packaging, manuals, accessories and other documents and freight prepaid. The Customer will be responsible for the return Shipping Charges. On the other hand, we'll cover the Shipping Charges for the replacement product(s). Prior to returning the product, the Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from BrandToyz, in writing, via E-Mail. After the 5-Days period from the arrival of the product(s), absolutely no items will be accepted back, for the replacements and/or repairs. Items, such as defective Projection TV's; Picture Tube TV's; Plasma TV's; LCD TV's; DLP TV's (27-Inches and Over) and/or any discontinued defective items, are not covered under the 5-Days Return Policy. All repairs or replacements for defective Projection TV's; Picture Tube TV's; Plasma TV's; LCD TV's; DLP TV's (27-Inches and Over) and/or any discontinued defective items must be attempted to be handled directly with the manufacturer, from the delivery date of the product. All sales on A/V Furniture items are final. If possible, replacement parts will be provided for Damaged or Defective A/V Furniture items, as long as the Customer notifies us within 5-Days from the arrival date. Items that are lost and/or stolen while in transit, are subject to the product replacement only. If the replacement is not available, due to the fact that the lost and/or stolen item has been discontinued, a Store Credit will be issued. The 5-Day period doesn't apply to any International orders. All sales for International Orders are final.
At BrandToyz, we stand behind every product that we sell. If we have made an error, we will correct it right away. Any items that were shipped in error (wrong items shipped), are subject to the product replacement only. If the replacement is not available, due to the fact that the original item has been discontinued, a Store Credit will be issued. Items shipped in error, must be returned in the original condition including packaging, manuals, accessories and other documentation. Additional charges may apply if the items returned are not in the original condition including packaging, manuals, accessories, and other documents. The Customer must notify us within a 5-Days period from the arrival of the product, about any items that were shipped in error (wrong items shipped). Absolutely no items that were shipped in error (wrong items shipped), will be accepted and taken back after the 5-Days period. If possible, please make sure that you received the correct product, prior to opening the original manufacturer's box.

We highly recommend that you conduct your product research through multiple sources. Please don't rely strictly on the product information that is shown on our Website.
